SED-80-800TPJKN-H — Multi-function Capsule De-blistering / Opening / Powder Recovery Machine

Defective blister-packed capsule sheets are fed to the de-blister roller stage, which presses the foil and ejects the intact capsules from the aluminum-plastic boards. Capsules then enter the capsule-opening stage where mechanical action separates the cap from the body without fragmenting the shell, releasing the powder. Both shells and powder fall onto a vibrating sieve which separates the powder (passes through) from the shells (retained on the screen). Recovered powder accumulates in a collection vessel. The de-blister and opening stages can be operated independently. A Dedong motor (0.38 kW) drives the mechanism through a Tai'an VFD for variable-speed control.
