SED-8-8XZGF-D — Fully Automatic Spout-Bag Filling and Capping Machine

Empty stand-up pouches with spouts hang on a rotating disc carousel. A pneumatic bag-feeder loads each station; no-bag light gates raise an alarm. The carousel indexes bags through: (1) optional purge/vacuum; (2) piston-pump dosing through Φ4–8 mm fill needles via pneumatic angle-seat valves into the spout (per-head photoelectric ensures no-bag-no-fill, ±1 mL accuracy); (3) synchronized side-spray spout rinse with stainless plugs blocking water ingress; (4) cap placement from a vibratory feeder (fiber-optic verifies cap presence); (5) servo + pneumatic gripper picks cap; (6) 5-head ganged servo-driven cap-spinner with permanent-magnet torque control and pneumatic up/down for tightening. Capped bags discharge via stop-block onto a buffer chute. Siemens PLC + Siemens HMI orchestrates timing and dose adjustment.
