SED-8-2YTG-Z — SED-8-2YTG-Z Inline 8-Head Liquid Filling, Plugging and Capping Machine

Glass bottles are sorted and fed in by an SED-1000ZP-Z bottle-unscrambler onto a belt conveyor. A pneumatic bottle-stop cylinder gates bottles into the first dual-inlet dial wheel, where spray-pump filling and magnetic screw-capping are performed. Bottles then pass to the second dial wheel for standard glass-bottle filling, vacuum-robot inner-plug seating (pressed flush), vibratory outer-cap feeding, and dual-head magnetic screw-capping. Metering pumps raise the fill needle with the rising liquid level to prevent air-bubble overflow; screw-cap heads auto-slip after tightening to prevent cap damage; no-bottle = no-cap-drop, no-cap-screw.
