SED-8-2GX-F — Inline Liquid Filling Machine

Bottles are conveyed on a linear belt into the filling station. A photoelectric sensor prevents filling when no bottle is present. Ceramic metering pumps draw liquid from the supply tank via 12 mm high-strength silicone tubing and dispense into 8 dual-row filling heads simultaneously. After filling, an electromagnetic vibratory cap-feeder sorts and delivers caps; a mechanical arm places the cap on the bottle neck. The dual-head capping station can be configured as three-jaw magnetic screw-capping (with magnetic torque slip protection) or 2-knife crimp + 2-knife thread roll-on. Finished bottles exit via the outfeed conveyor.
