Funktionsweise
Vacuum/negative-pressure pneumatic conveying: a 7.5 kW two-stage whirlpool (vortex) pump pulls air from the SS304 vacuum hopper through pleated-cloth filters, creating negative pressure. With the pneumatic reversing valve set to 'feed', the unloading door is closed and material is sucked from the source through a stainless suction nozzle and PVC steel-wire hose (8 m) into the hopper. Filters separate material and air. After the feeding cycle the reversing valve switches; the cylinder opens the unloading door; material drops into the receiving device. A compressed-air back-blow then cleans the filter cake. Material level switch in the receiving hopper triggers automatic start/stop; pump runs continuously during cycles to protect the motor.

Clean regularly especially when changing batch or material. Open hopper clip and cover, remove filter, blow with compressed air then rinse with warm water (max 80°C). Filter should be re-blown until transparent or dried in oven below 50°C. Clean hopper with clean water. Sealing rings (silicone) can be ultrasonically cleaned and dried below 120°C; replace when hard or darkened. Avoid hard brushes on filter rods — they roughen the surface and reduce filtration accuracy.
