Funktionsweise

Identical to SED-760SF1-F: a vertical-shaft vibration motor with two eccentric weights produces three-dimensional motion. By adjusting the phase angle and weight of the upper and lower eccentrics, the operator tunes the material's orbit and dwell time on the deck. Material enters the sealed top inlet; oversize exits the upper-frame outlet; the four stacked decks classify progressively finer fractions, each leaving via its dedicated middle-frame outlet; the finest cut leaves the bottom outlet. Ten alloy springs isolate vibration from the floor.

Reinigung und Wartung

Wipe inner surfaces after every shift. Lubricate motor bearings twice a week with Shell/Aiwanli/RL3 oil. Simple maintenance every 3 months; full overhaul every 6-12 months. Replace screen mesh when broken; ensure new mesh is firm, stable and flat. Inspect cables every 3 months. Bearing temperature should not exceed ambient + 40°C.
