Raw material is loaded onto a polypropylene chain-plate conveyor belt (belt width 600mm) and transported continuously into the microwave heating cavity. A CK-21031 magnetron generates 915MHz microwaves, which are introduced into the cavity via a rotary feed device. The moisture molecules in the material absorb the microwave energy and generate heat, achieving rapid thawing. Microwave suppressors prevent leakage. A water-cooling and air-cooling circulation system protects the magnetron and resonant cavity. A variable-frequency drive controls conveyor belt speed to regulate thawing time.
