Funktionsweise
Tubes are positioned on guide jigs (supporting single tubes or strip-connected tubes simultaneously). The multi-head piston filling heads fill multiple tubes at once with liquid or paste. The 6-head peristaltic pump array precisely doses and transfers liquid material to the filling heads. After filling, tubes are moved to the ultrasonic or heat sealing station for tail closure. Finished tubes are discharged via the outfeed conveyor.
