Funktionsweise
Tablets or pills are loaded into the rotating perforated coating pan. Customized atomizing spray guns deliver coating solution onto the tablet bed at controlled flow rate (peristaltic pump, constant-pressure variable-volume). Steam-heated clean air, filtered through G4+F8+H13 three-stage filtration, enters the pan to dry the coating film; the sinking-exhaust design draws air through the tablet bed to increase coating powder utilization by 5–10%. Exhaust air passes through a cartridge filter with pulse-jet cleaning before discharge. PID temperature control maintains inlet/exhaust/tablet-bed temperatures within ±2°C. An airbag seal ensures full chamber enclosure during operation.
