Funktionsweise

A motor drives the 750 mm circular turntable through a frequency converter. Bottles loaded onto the rotating plate move outward by centrifugal motion and are guided by an adjustable guide bar. In feeder mode they queue along a guardrail and flow onto the downstream conveyor belt; in collector mode the guide bar sweeps incoming bottles to the plate center. Rotation speed is set via a knob (HIGH–LOW); RUN/STOP and a Schneider emergency-stop switch are on the control panel. A photoelectric sensor detects bottle presence before release to the next workstation.

Reinigung und Wartung

Pre-shift: wipe outer surfaces and guardrails with a damp cloth; open the hood and wipe the interior; wipe the turntable with a clean towel, then disinfect with 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe inside and outside of machine and guardrails with a damp cloth. Clean mechanical parts with detergent or alcohol on a clean cloth; do not splash liquid onto electronics — wipe the signal-light surface with a dry cloth. Lubricate the transmission chain inside the turntable monthly with cool-weather lubricant (or quarterly with grease); lubricate guide-bar fixing bolts on the same schedule.
