Funktionsweise
The carton erecting mechanism uses vacuum suction cups to extract flat cartons one by one from the magazine and places them into a synchronously running chain conveyor, where the grid-arc mechanism instantly erects the carton into its square form. Cartons are then conveyed to the loading station for top-loading of products. The sealing mechanism performs tongue-scraping and tongue-inserting actions to close the end flaps, and finished products are output while non-conforming cartons are automatically rejected. PLC integrates sensor, encoder, and motor for reliable control; chain flexible-link transmission reduces wear.
