Funktionsweise
Three compounded motions — three-degree swing + translational rotation + rocking — cause the drum to tumble irregularly in three-dimensional space, producing alternating pulse motion and variable-energy-gradient vortices. These continuously drive materials to flow and diffuse, preventing the specific-gravity segregation and accumulation caused by centrifugal force in conventional mixers, thereby achieving rapid and uniform mixing.

Reinigung und Wartung
Pre-production cleaning: wipe equipment surfaces and inner/outer drum walls with a clean cloth to remove all residual material. Post-shift cleaning: after powering off, remove the drum, clean inner/outer walls and feed/discharge ports, wipe dry. Regularly inspect and clean sprockets, bearings, and universal joints; lubricate all transmission components every three months (grease/oil).
