Funktionsweise

1. Film reel magazine holds up to 3 layers of film fed simultaneously. 2. Color-mark sensor corrects positioning; film is cut and folded into bags (in-line bag making). 3. Wet wipe cloth is inserted (optional sterilization device available in reel magazine). 4. Canadian UBA metering pump injects essence liquid (plus/minus 1 g accuracy). 5. Heat-seal die forms top seal; optional hot stamp, easy-tear notch, hanging hole, or custom bag shapes. 6. Robot arm discharges and counts products onto output conveyor. Full line is synchronized via Inovance servo and PLC; balcony-type design separates the drive station from the working station.
