Funktionsweise
Continuous inkjet printing: ink (ketone-based, alcohol-based, or water-based) is fed through a sealed printhead via a 2 m conduit; characters are formed on a 5x5 to 24x24 dot matrix and deposited on moving products. Print parameters (rows, font, bold multiplier, nozzle size 50-75 µm) are configured via a 10.4-inch full-touch LCD; external photoelectric / synchronizer / RS232 interfaces support integration with conveyors and packaging lines. Ink dries in approximately 1 second.
