SED-66WT-J — SED-66WT-J In-Line Horizontal Round-Pen Top+Bottom Dual-Label Labeling Machine

Round pens are loaded into the feed tray and separated by a star-wheel mechanism driven by a Danfoss VFD to create even spacing on the conveyor. A positioning mechanism then orients each pen to the correct rotational angle using either a cylinder face-rolling method or dual-end rotary photoeye detection. Correctly oriented pens enter the pen-clamping conveyor which holds each pen and transports it at the set speed to the top and bottom label stations. At each label station, a Yaskawa servo-driven label dispenser peels and applies the label; an elastic squeegee followed by an unpowered sponge roller and a powered sponge roller double-presses the label for bubble-free adhesion. After labeling, pens are collected at the receiving station.
