Funktionsweise
Material from upstream packaging machines is conveyed via an incline conveyor belt to a multi-layer hopper; the hopper and cartoner cooperate to complete loading. When the photoelectric sensor detects product, the cartoner automatically opens one carton. When product and carton arrive at the same position, the push rod inserts the product into the carton. The carton moves rearward to complete end-flap insertion sealing. Finished product is then output. Note: cartons are only suction-opened when product is present.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Material from upstream packaging machines is conveyed via an incline conveyor belt to a multi-layer hopper; the hopper and cartoner cooperate to complete loading.
