Funktionsweise
The hoisting feeder sorts caps from the hopper and delivers them mouth-upward to the rotary-disc main machine. The indexer (divider) positions each cap at the liner-insertion station. A pneumatic cylinder drives a vacuum sucker to pick a liner from the liner cylinder and insert it into the cap. Photoelectric switches detect and count caps; a warning light indicates machine status.
