SED-600SZB-A — Reciprocating Bottom-Feed Film Pillow Packaging Machine

Pillow-pack film unwinds from below (bottom-feed) and wraps around incoming product. A high-precision fibre-optic sensor measures each product's length, enabling simultaneous packaging of mixed item types with automatic bag-length adjustment. Servo-driven feeders carry the product through a forming collar that wraps film into a tube; a centre seal heats the longitudinal back seam. A reciprocating cutter (servo-controlled, with bidirectional photo-tracking on printed register marks) crimps and cuts each end seal. Anti-cut sensors halt the cutter when misalignment is detected. A 7" touchscreen allows operators to recall stored parameter sets per product.
