Funktionsweise
Powder material and binder are charged into the horizontal SUS304 cylinder. A bottom-mounted SUS304 mixer paddle (22 kW dual-speed 80/120 rpm via Delta inverter) homogenises the mixture and forms a wet soft mass. A side-mounted high-speed chopper (11 kW dual-speed 1440/2900 rpm via Delta inverter) shears the wet mass into 20–80 mesh granules. The drive shaft uses an air-filled seal that can be switched to water during cleaning, preventing material/liquid contamination. Pneumatic cylinders open the cover and operate the discharge port. Each batch: 2 min dry-mix + 1–4 min granulation, total working time 8–15 min — 4–5x faster than traditional processes.
