SED-600SN-N — High-Speed Fully Automatic Double-Twist Candy Packaging Machine

Loose candies are organized by an integrated arranging disc and fed into the wrapping station. A photoelectric sensor tracks the printed register mark on the wrapper film while a Delta inverter regulates the speed of the main drive. The candy is enveloped between either a single layer of film or two layers (top + bottom), then a pair of twist hands rotates each end of the wrapper to form the characteristic double-twist closure. A Taiwanese cam splitter coordinates pusher, twister and feed motion; finished pieces are ejected.
