SED-600SF-G — Powder Sieving Machine

A vertical vibrating motor with upper and lower eccentric weights converts rotary motion into three-dimensional (horizontal, vertical, inclined) motion transmitted to the screen surface via the sieve frame. Material traces an expanding involute path across the screen; particles below mesh size fall through as undersize while oversized material is discharged from the outlet. Adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower eccentric weights changes the material trajectory on the screen surface. The machine comprises a screen cover, sieve frame, vibration device (motor + eccentric weights), vibration-isolation springs, and a base; the cover and frame vibrate while the other components are stationary.
