Funktionsweise
Sugar and carrageenan/gelatin/pectin are dissolved and cooked in a 600L jacketed cooker with high-speed shearing; cooked syrup is held in storage tanks and transferred via lobe pumps. The CFA system (5 dynamic mixers + 15 dosing pumps + 15 holding tanks) injects color, flavor, acid, and active ingredients into the syrup stream just upstream of the depositor. Servo-driven depositors (one 2-hopper + one 3-hopper unit) with individual pump cylinders deposit precise gummy doses into Teflon-coated quick-release molds running on a continuous conveyor. The depositing head reciprocates to track the moving molds. Filled molds pass through a cooling tunnel, then the demolder releases gummies. A downstream oil coater and sugar coater apply finishing coatings.
