Funktionsweise
Patented slide-plate weighing: capsules slide by gravity across an inclined high-precision weighing platform — no moving mechanism touches the capsule during weighing, eliminating high-speed mechanism interference. 6 parallel channels each carry a load cell (custom). Linear vibrators (Syntron USA) feed product through patented queuing structure with feeding/weighing/rejection on independent frames so vibration does not cross-couple. SMC pneumatic rejection cylinders eject overweight/underweight capsules; an optoelectronic confirmation sensor verifies each rejection.
