Multi-station servo cartoner: GUK 2000 (Germany) leaflet folder folds inserts; vacuum suckers form cartons via outward-opening dual-station planetary wheels with two-stage pre-forming; multi-station servo follow-up pushers feed product (blister/bottle/hose/bag) into the carton using swing-tracking blanking; Beckhoff TwinCAT-driven servos synchronize all stations; closure stations seal cartons; PLC monitors leaflet/carton/product presence and air/vacuum pressure with auto-stop interlocks.
