Funktionsweise
Raw materials are dissolved and cooked in a 600L cooker, then transferred via a conveying pump to a storage tank. The melted syrup is processed through a vacuum continuous micro-film cooker, cooled on a cooling platform, and worked through batch rollers to form a conical sugar column. A rope sizer draws the sugar column to the correct diameter, which is then fed into the lollipop forming machine. Formed lollipops are cooled in a 5-layer cooling sieve before being wrapped by automatic packaging machines.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Raw materials are dissolved and cooked in a 600L cooker, then transferred via a conveying pump to a storage tank.
