Funktionsweise
Gable-top carton blanks are loaded; the bottom is pre-folded, heated and pressure-sealed on a mandrel. Optional ultrasonic cap welding adds a φ26-36mm cap. Carton tops are pre-folded; servo-controlled filler doses 250-2000ml of product following an electronic-cam curve, with a servo-driven lift to follow rising liquid level (no foam, no splash). Top is heated and pressure-sealed. Date is printed on each carton, then it discharges as a finished gable-top pack. PLC monitors all stations; missing-cap or missing-carton triggers no-fill no-stop logic.
