Funktionsweise
Linear conveying feeds bottles sequentially through 6 volumetric filling heads (316L stainless steel custom metering pumps), then through 2 stoppering heads, and finally through 2 screw-capping heads — all in one continuous pass. PLC + touchscreen controls fill volume and conveyor speed (VFD). Electromagnetic vibration cap feeder delivers caps reliably at high placement rate.
