SED-5ZXX-G — Automatic Carton Packaging Line

Stage 1 (carton opener): folded corrugated cartons are picked from the magazine by suction cup, opened, bottom flaps folded, and bottom-sealed with OPP/Kraft tape, then conveyed onward (success rate >=99.9%). Stage 2 (case packer): incoming cartons (boxes) are stacked by the box-stacking unit and side-pushed into the open carton by Schneider-driven servo manipulators. Each station has photoelectric carton-presence, product-incoming, and stacking-overload detection. Stage 3 (carton sealer): top flaps are folded and the carton top is taped, then the sealed carton is conveyed to palletizing.
