Funktionsweise

An 11 kW Roots vacuum blower draws air through the receiving hopper, creating negative pressure that pulls product from the feed point up through a Φ89 PVC suction hose. Inside the hopper, the polyester-coated 0.4 µm filter separates product from air; product drops to the bottom while clean air exhausts through the blower. Periodic compressed-air pulses (reverse blow) clean the filter. A pneumatic discharge gate (rotary cylinder, Kennett UK) opens to release the accumulated batch.
