Funktionsweise
Disc-type jet milling — high-velocity gas drives material tangentially inside the milling chamber where particles collide and shear to break down. A precision feeder delivers material to a Venturi tube which creates vacuum and draws particles into the cylindrical chamber; Laval nozzles convert compressed gas to kinetic energy that carries particles in circular motion, achieving micronization through particle-on-particle attrition. Centrifugal force keeps coarser particles at the wall while fines migrate to the center and exit with the air stream into a cyclone separator; a small fraction is captured in filter bags and the cleaned exhaust is vented through a safety filter.
