Funktionsweise
Inclined helical screw conveyor: a stainless auger inside a Φ141 mm tube rotates and lifts material from a 200 L hopper to a discharge spout above the process equipment. A 30 W Oli-Wolong vibrator on the hopper continuously fluidizes the bulk to prevent rat-holing or bridging. Standard 45° angle yields 1.85 m vertical lift; both can be customized (30–60°, 1–5 m). Drive is a JLEM motor through a Shanghai Saini 1:10 reducer.
