Funktionsweise
Lab-scale roll-compaction dry granulation. Powder is auger-fed (0-61 RPM) into the nip between an upper and lower roller (Φ80 mm × 25 mm wide, SUS630 17-4PH) running at 0-18 RPM and pressing at 0-7 MPa. The compacted ribbon then drops into a granulator running at 0-600 RPM where rotating blades force it through interchangeable mesh screens (1.0 mm or 1.2 mm aperture) to produce granules of 0.3-5 mm. All three drives (feed, roll, granulator) are independently VFD-controlled (Delta VFD007E21W) by a 4-inch HMI + SS2 PLC.
