Funktionsweise
All-in-one side-vented coating system on a single skid. The 0.37 kW main drum motor (cycloidal pin-wheel reducer + Sinusoidal VFD) rotates a 375 mm SS304 perforated drum at 1–28 RPM. A 0.37 kW Ex-proof hot-air blower with G4+F8+H13 (0.5 µm) three-stage filtration delivers Class 100,000 hot air at 40–80°C,600 m³/h through the tablet bed. A 0.75 kW Ex-proof exhaust centrifugal fan draws 1000 m³/h through an internal bag filter and vents directly outdoors,avoiding central HVAC load. A peristaltic pump (Chongqing Jieheng,0.25 kW,1–100 RPM) feeds coating solution to the ST-6 spray gun (Taiwan). Siemens SMART-700 HMI + Siemens PLC manages all recipe parameters; optional table cooler on hot-air circuit.
