Funktionsweise
Side-vented perforated coating pan: tablets in a 520 mm rotating SS304 mesh drum (3 mm mesh) tumble while pre-filtered hot air (40–80°C) is drawn through the bed and exhausted via a dust-removal centrifugal fan (2.2 kW) creating negative pressure inside the chamber. A peristaltic pump (Chongqing Jieheng BT-100CA/153YXPPS) feeds coating solution to the Anestiwata ST-6 spray gun. A 0.75 kW explosion-proof blower supplies 1200 m³/h hot air through 0.5 µm three-stage filtration (Class 100,000). Siemens SMART-700 HMI + Siemens PLC controls all parameters.
