Funktionsweise
Operator places empty tube into a fixture; PLC + touch HMI orchestrate stepless-speed filling via a peristaltic pump, then a 20 kW ultrasonic seal closes the tube end (with optional date/code stamping), and the trim station shears the excess tail. Process parameters and count are set on the touch screen; cylinders and solenoid valves drive station motions.
