Funktionsweise
Single-stage water-lubricated screw compression. Stainless-steel airend rotors are sealed and cooled by injected water rather than oil; near-isothermal compression keeps discharge temperature <50 °C. VFD drive modulates motor speed to match demand, eliminating unloaded running. Compressed air passes through the water-air separator tank and air filter before delivery. Periodic automatic water change and system self-cleaning maintain internal hygiene.
