Funktionsweise
Full-servo high-speed blister packaging integrating flat-plate forming + roller heat-sealing. PVC roll is heated and formed into pockets, product is filled, PTP foil is heat-sealed using a Teflon-coated cast heating plate, then the web is die-cut into blisters. A servo manipulator with synchronous trajectory tracking transfers boards to the cartoning machine bin in sync. Each station is independently servo-driven via Panasonic servo motors and Beckhoff PC-based control, ensuring backlash-free transmission and consistent stroke length.
Prozessbeschreibung
