SED-525-31Y-D — Three-Color Rotary Tablet Press

The 31-station turret rotates driven by the ABB 5.5 kW motor via Invt CHF100A inverter (14-30 rpm stepless). Three forced feeders (independently adjustable speed) fill granulated material of different colors or layers into die cavities sequentially for multi-layer pressing. Upper and lower punches on cam tracks go through pre-press and main press stations (max 100 kN) to form single-, bi- or tri-layer tablets. A Bangbu Gaoling CFBHL-1T spoke-type load cell and BSQW-V/A transmitter provide real-time pressure feedback; the machine stops automatically on overload. Dust in the pressing chamber is collected by the mechanical dust extraction device. The transmission is sealed in an oil reservoir under the main body for self-lubrication and low noise.
