Funktionsweise
An 8-lane film splitter divides the packaging film into 8 lanes; a servo bag-pulling system forms the film into tubes on 8 back-seal forming tubes. The granule metering device (pneumatic, 6 kg air pressure, 0.3 m³/min consumption) fills a preset volume of granules into each bag (designed not to cause bead jumping or breakage). Longitudinal sealing knives (8 channels) and transverse sealing knives (2 channels) sequentially seal the bags (5 mm width, 1.0 mm crosshatch pitch), followed by flat-cut blade separation. OMRON PLC controls 10-channel PID temperature, error self-diagnosis, and temperature alarm. Optional anti-static device (positive and negative ions) eliminates static charge on film, preventing granules from sticking to the seal area.
