Funktionsweise
Bottles enter the filling station sequentially → automatic bottle sensing → bottles transfer to the capping section → after capping, bottles conveyed to discharge station → the entire process is PLC-controlled in a continuous automatic production cycle. Cam divider ensures precise equal-indexing positioning; vibration bowls auto-sort inner plugs and caps; robotic arms auto-place inner plug and outer cap.
Prozessbeschreibung
