Funktionsweise

A geared motor rotates the V-shaped cylinder (made of two unequal-length cylinders joined at an angle — hence asymmetric / double arms) at 20 r/min. With each rotation the powder repeatedly separates into the two arms and recombines: due to the asymmetry, potential-energy differences create a transverse force that drives lateral cross-flow each time the material splits or rejoins. About 25% of the material transfers between cylinders per revolution, producing fast and uniform mixing without mechanical squeezing or aggressive friction so the granules remain intact.

Reinigung und Wartung

Wipe outer surfaces with a clean wet towel before and after each shift; open the machine and wipe internals; clean the hopper / V-cylinder first with a clean towel and then with 75% industrial alcohol for sterilisation. After each run remove residual powder from the cylinder; if stopping for long periods wipe the body, oil polished surfaces and cover with cloth canopy. Lubricate transmission chain and adjustment knobs monthly with oil (0-35°C) or every 3 months with grease (>35°C/<0°C). Dust the electrical control cabinet weekly. Inch the machine to position the discharge butterfly valve before opening to discharge.
