SED-50RHG-H — 50L Heated Emulsifying Tank

Material is charged through the top liquid-charge port into the SUS316 inner vessel. The jacket between the 316 inner shell and 304 middle wall holds an electric heating element with insulation; the thermostatic controller maintains process temperature (read on the thermometer). A top-mounted high-shear emulsifier rotor at 2800 rpm draws material into its stator and shears it through the gap, producing a stable emulsion. A portable vacuum pump can pull vacuum through the top vacuum gauge port to deaerate / defoam the batch via the negative-pressure mechanical seal. Finished emulsion drains through the 1.5" ball valve at 400 mm above floor.
