Coating liquid is loaded into the 50 L jacketed tank; the 10 L outer water jacket is heated by a 1.4 kW immersion element to the set point and circulated to keep the liquid at process temperature. An air-driven impeller agitator (speed set by an air-line needle valve) maintains uniform mixing. A 60 W peristaltic pump pulls liquid through a GMP-grade sanitary silicone hose to an imported pneumatic atomizing nozzle that uses 0.3–0.8 MPa shop air to break the liquid into a uniform conical spray onto the coating-pan bed. Spray pattern and flow rate are independently adjustable.
