Funktionsweise
Open-cycle co-current spray drying. Filtered air is heated electrically (150 kW) to 180-220 degC and enters the drying chamber via inlet volute and adjustable swirl-vane distributor. A peristaltic feed pump (VFD, 0.6 kW) delivers liquid to a direct-drive electric centrifugal atomizer (DGP5, 0.75 kW, circular-orifice disc Φ135 mm, VFD-controlled speed), producing fine droplets that contact the co-current hot air and dry within seconds. Powder is recovered by a cyclone separator with a rotary valve; an exhaust fan (7.5 kW) extracts humid air. Interlocks: atomizer-peristaltic pump and heater-induced-fan.
