Funktionsweise
Operator adjusts the carton-storage guide rail to size, then loads cartons. A vacuum suction-cup erects each carton into a square; the bottom flap is closed and the carton is placed on the chain conveyor. As the conveyor advances, a leaflet folder picks and folds an instruction leaflet to user-set fold count (1-4 folds) and places it with the product into the carton. The conveyor delivers the carton to the sealing station, where it is closed via tuck-in or glue-spray per recipe. PLC + HMI orchestrate operation with multiple monitor points: empty-magazine stop, no-product reject, mechanical-overload stop. Speed is variable via VFD.
