SED-50LJTM-C vertical colloid mill. Compact upright design with 50 mm grinding disc, 2.2 kW motor, 0.1–0.3 t/h throughput. Used for fine wet grinding, emulsifying, and homogenizing of low- to medium-viscosity slurries. F
Funktionsweise
Vertical-axis colloid mill: material is fed from the top into the narrow gap between a fixed stator and a high-speed rotor,both 50 mm in diameter. Strong shear,friction,and high-frequency vibration in the gap break particles,droplets,and agglomerates down to colloidal size while simultaneously emulsifying and homogenizing the material. Vertical orientation minimizes footprint versus split-body horizontal designs.
