Funktionsweise
Double-cone vessel rotates 3–13 rpm; heat transfer fluid (steam, hot water, or thermal oil) circulates in the jacket and warms the enameled inner shell. Material tumbles and contacts the wall to absorb heat under vacuum (pressure –0.01 Pa abs / 0.1–0.15 MPa internal), accelerating moisture evaporation. Vapors exit through 120-mesh dust bags via vacuum line; volatiles can be condensed and recovered. Dual rotary-joint sealing replaces packing/mechanical seals (1–1.5 year service interval).
