Funktionsweise
Cans are conveyed by POM chain belt to the turntable; photoelectric and proximity sensors detect can presence and start the servo turntable. Each can is positioned under the single sealing head and clamped (lid placed on top). Four sealing rollers (two first-pass + two second-pass) curl and lock the can lid onto the can body via two sequential rolling operations while the can body itself remains stationary; this avoids spillage and damage to fragile or liquid contents.
