SED-500VH-H is a V-shaped (twin-shell) gravity blender for dry powders and granules. The asymmetric V-shaped 304 stainless-steel barrel (0.5 m³) tumbles 150–200 kg of material per batch at 12 rpm; mixing time 6–10 minute
Funktionsweise
Material is loaded into the asymmetric V-shaped barrel through the top inlet (no more than 2/3 of barrel volume). The barrel rotates around a horizontal axis at 12 rpm; gravity causes the material to fall, fold and re-distribute through the V's two arms, achieving uniform blending in 6–10 minutes. After blending, a butterfly valve at the bottom apex opens for clean discharge.

Loading must not exceed 2/3 of barrel volume. Add 20# mechanical oil to the gearbox up to the worm-gear/worm immersion line; change oil every 3 months. Pack rolling bearings with high-temperature grease — fill 1/3 of bearing inner cavity. Adjust V-belt tension periodically (avoid slipping or overheating). Keep electrical wiring dry. Polished interior is easy to clean.
