SED-500SZ1-A is a high-speed mixing granulator for pharmaceutical wet granulation. Different powders are dry-mixed by the rotor stirring oar, then binder is added and the wet mass is cut into wet granules by the chopper

Funktionsweise
1) Powder is fed into the granulator vessel. 2) Dry mixing by rotor stirring oar (1–200 r/min, 22 kW). 3) Binder is added to wet the mass. 4) High-speed chopper (250–3000 r/min, 7.5 kW) cuts the wet mass into wet granules.
